I am leaning toward CoachBrandie right now. I like the idea of something pixieish, but maybe that would cut down my potential client base too much?

I would stay away from something too cute.. you're trying to seem professional and like someone should trust you with their health. Cute doesn't seem like it would necessarily be an asset.

Coachbrandie seems somewhat more professional, although if you're going to do coaching AND sell stuff, I really like the naturallyinbalance name idea. you could have a coach brandie section and a selling stuff section.
