9 March 2006 17:01Today I finished making mineral competent DH5-alpha, a strain of E. coli. Next week I will test to see if they will do what they are supposed to at a high rate of efficiency.
Also, Bart is working night hours right now and it stinks. The last few nights he has arrived home after 2:00am.
