This past week I went to Positano for an oncology conference. Both the conference and Positano, which is on the Almafi coast, were great. The conference started on Monday, but the two most important things happened on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Tuesday, I went dancing for the first time in at least six months!!!! I was sooooooooo excited. It was fabulous. Not as fabulous as it would have been if Pet were there, but fabulous nonetheless. AND, I got free water at the bar. On Wednesday, Bart came to join me!! It was very nice to see him after a whole two and half days apart. I have a problem being away from him for any period of time.

I remember hearing that you had to hold Sharon's hand when you gals went to lunch because you missed Bart during the day. ;)

Funny, but cute. :)

That was more of an accident at first. We were walking and I just naturally reached for the nearest hand, which at that time, was usually Bart's! Unfortunately for Sharon, it was hers instead. She was very nice to indulge me though :)

Wow!

It looks just like in the movie, Under the Tuscan Sun. I hope you're scouting out potential bed and breakfast, fixer-upper villas for me/us (if the whole science thing doesn't work out. ;))!!!

Hmm...just out of curiousity, who does "us" encompass? Just finding out where I stand. ;)

"US" rerfers to people who don't mind moving to other countries where they don't speak english as their first language. :P~~~~

This little town is great and the food is not bad. Honestly, if you moved to southern Italy and opened up a restaurant that served ANYTHING but Italian food, you would be a hit. What do you think about being the chef in residence of a working castle?

Hmm...living in a castle...yep...that wouldn't be a bad thing. :)
Are you sure that the Italians would be receptive to something different, I'm afraid that they are kind of set in their ways and they wouldn't want crazy American/french fusion cuisine. More research on the matter is required. ;)
