Can somebody tell me if this system will be happy for online gaming? Specifically, I am wondering about the video card; it was the best upgrade I could get with this model. I think I have chosen properly, but since I am no whiz in this area, I feel the need to defer.

If you can get a bigger hard drive or install an additional hard drive, that's a good way to improve machine performance as well - basically more swap space.

That video card will be able to handle DDO, but there's also a difference between being able to just run a game, and being able to have the game "run well", so to speak. If you can manage it, I highly recommend bumping that video card up to a 512MB video card.
Is this planned to be a desktop computer or a laptop? If it's desktop, you can always upgrade the hardware later as you need to; if it's a laptop, it's well worth the initial investment to make it better, since it's nigh impossible to upgrade a lot of laptop hardware once you bought it.
