This was a looong weekend. I had stuff to do all day every day starting on Thursday morning and it didn't end until 12:30 last night. I woke up late this morning and missed my appointment with the accountant. Poop. I'll reschedule, but still.
One of the things to do was to attempt to train myself to use my new wand! (http://www.thewandcompany.com/) ; It is not as easy to use as I had hoped, but not overly difficult. The trick is in how you hold it. Still haven't figured out a couple of the motions and am getting overlap. Tapping on the top should mute the tv and tapping on the side should change the aspect, but the wand prefers to use both commands as mute. Still working on it. In the meantime, we have taken to calling it the Weasley since we can only get it to work right some of the time.
