Who is awesome? I am awesome! Not only because the wonderful aroraborealis says so, but also because I GOT MY NOSTRIL PIERCED!! Yes I did and I'm going to keep it :)

Sharrin Spector of Pierce Ink in San Jose California was at BR this weekend. I was at BR this weekend. We met. I shook. She poked. I squeezed a hand. It was over. Sparkly :)

Also...

It took me almost two hours to get to a voting machine this morning, but I got my sticker.

I have this weird sense of elation. Like things are going to change. But it is tempered with this other weird sense that the election has already been decided and nothing I do will make a difference.
