wow, if you were in the states, you could sue them for false advertising. I could see you on Judge Judy or something. ;) These kind of things seem quite common in Europe, from what I've heard about Aritz's and BK's experiences. They don't seem as organized. You really have to be careful about the degree they give you and how it will be represented at home. Aritz got his education at a German University and then came here to the UK, only to have to redo some things to get the "real" qualification.
