I do believe in faeries

Sure I checked it out first. I even came over for a week to meet with people and tour the labs. The thing is, I am not in the lab I was promised, which was brand new and well funded. I am not with the professor I was promised. I am not making the stipend I was promised. The lab I am in isn't even in the Biological Tower that I was shown and I never met the man who's lab I am in. The building and the equipment are ancient. I'm feeling like this was a nicely orchestrated bait-and-switch scheme for Vecchio to save his program.
