I am considering buying thses wings http://www.fancyfairy.com/kirawings.html

Maybe the yellow or clear iridescent with either brown or copper veins.
Any opinons on the matter?

Good question. I think it would look equally good with both provoded I could figure out a way to use the wrap and wear the wings at the same time...the wrap is very unwieldy!

The brown is more earthy and more like it is part of the forest. The copper looks less like it's completely in this world, and will fade out of the picture when you aren't against a strong background. Either way, I would recommend going with the plain color wing membrane rather than yellow so that it looks good regardless of surroundings or lighting.

Good points :) I like the idea of being both in and out of this world at the same time.

I am planning on using these wings for more than one outfit, so neutral is better.

Personally, I like the purple with black. :-D

But given your choices... the brown veins stand out way to much, and look kinda creepy to me. Might just be the picture, but it looks like just the veins and not the wing. I actually like C's description of the yellow ones, the fade out part/not fully in this world. I think it goes well with the atmosphere. :)

I agree with this. In the clear-with-brown, all I see is the brown. Maybe they'd look different in real life, though..
