Definitely go with a hard disk larger than 80GB. For a laptop that will be used for gaming, I recommend nothing short of 160GB, 250GB if you can swing it.

The video card is really important. That video card will be able to handle DDO, but there's also a difference between being able to just run a game, and being able to have the game "run well", so to speak. If you can manage it, I highly recommend bumping that video card up to a 512MB video card.

Is this planned to be a desktop computer or a laptop? If it's desktop, you can always upgrade the hardware later as you need to; if it's a laptop, it's well worth the initial investment to make it better, since it's nigh impossible to upgrade a lot of laptop hardware once you bought it.
