I think our reactions to a lot of newage (rhymes with....) are similar. Given that and your experience in the sweat lodge, I'd recommend looking more into some form of shamanism. It sounds like you took a spirit journey in the sweat lodge and saw one of your totem animals; given your kick-ass spirit, a bear doesn't surprise me at all. Let's talk next time we're together, particularly if my wife is there too; she's the real shaman in the family.
